It is true that people carry their events on their sleeve - people bring their events, good, bad, unknowable, missing or absent, along with them wherever they go, and if someone will listen, the events are right there to be dealt with, quickly and directly. This truly inspiring EFT case story comes from Energy EFT Master Practitioner distance learning student Jo Brown. Here Jo helped a friend's mum go from incredible pain, to dancing around the room and shouting, 'It's a miracle!' Jo writes;Â "I had a wonderful experience last night tapping with a friends mum. My friend asked if I would visit her mum who we shall call Mandy. My friend told me Mandy worked full time, she is on her feet all day and suffers with unbearable pain when she gets in from work at 6 pm. It's conference time again - and many of our friends can't make it to the Europa to take part in the wonderful experience that is the EMO conference. Other energy conferences try to be very scientific - with EMO, we just want to have fun and a good time, playing with the many ways in which you can feel like a million dollars when your energy system wakes up and comes to life. The grief, sadness and pain that some people experience when their pet, their beloved companion dies, is a prime example of where the old ways of failing to understand how emotions really work has let us down. Thankfully, EMO takes a completely different attitude to all emotional pain, including the pain of pet loss and pet bereavement.
Here is an excellent, multi-level exercise for people who spent WAAAY too much time in front their computers and end up not only stressed and tired, but also cold, locked up, stiff as a board and generally feeling like a 90 year old who's just gotten out of bed.

If you want to work with energy, you need energy awareness. As energy in the sense in which we use this term here is invisible, energy awareness is not about seeing auras or imagining things; it is becoming aware of how energy affects us in a strictly physical way.
The prophets from all religions over the ages have stated that if human beings were to become enlightened, there would be much less misery in the world and humans would be living together in a very different way, experiencing far more joy and having richer, more fulfilled lives. But how can we attain enlightenment? What if human beings were built for enlightenment in the first place, and it was only a question of healing?
