The following PS/SuperMind story came to me during FRIENDS week on the Energy Symbols course.

Sometimes, I follow the adventures of my Sanctuary Friends rather than go on my own excursions, and this is what happened to a friend of mine, let's call him James, although he goes under many names, depending on the time, and place ... :-)

I was talking with a person who told me that they feel as though they had many skills and abilities that were valuable and precious, but somehow, "the money tap was turned off."

This lady is 67 years old, an artist; she suffered a bad fall two years ago and “has never been the same since.” Can Modern Energy Tapping help ..?

A central aspect to working with the Energy Symbols is to make one's own symbol set, out of materials that one feels drawn to, and to inscribe the symbols oneself according to the instructions.

This makes any Energy Symbol set unique to the owner, and of course, the owner can make as many different sets at any time they want, as the symbols are free from any object, but can be applied to any object.

"Working" with metaphor therapy used to be such a huge mess but no more. We have this rule that we stay away from metaphor in Modern Energy - unless a client "offers it on a plate." Then we hop to it! When the client brings the metaphor, that's the indication that the problem needs to be resolved *at that level.* Simples.

In hypnosis, words and worlds are phonetic ambiguities - you can say them in such a way that a person doesn't know whether it is a world you are describing, or whether you are talking of words instead.
