I eventually completed it in 3 days and 3 nights, like an ancient ritual ... It all starts of course, with a story. A Star Story, in this particular case ...

Modern Energy Art Solutions, in particular the original Symbol Paintings, are a brilliant way to deal with the ol' can of worms - topics that are so convoluted and tentacle into so many different areas, you just wouldn't know where to start! Following on from Onward & Upward, which is a rare black & white Symbol Painting, athe small square "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff!" followed straight on from there. Both really are on the same topic - rise above the bullsh1t of the day, stay above it, focus on what's really important in life, and make that your priority!

This is a vector drawing after the "hard" painting suffered a catastrophic failure - I used a pen that was supposedly permanent and it turned out that it wasn't. Doh.

I photographed the main symbol because I felt it was strong and what I wanted, and made a vector version instead. Very soothing, nonetheless.

The Project Sanctuary or SuperMind Classic Game creates real time, unique, perfectly calculated "Healing Habitats" for the energy body. This is AWESOME and extremely useful. Here is the "Ice Cave Healing Habitat Experience" from February 2021.

I love the fact that you can take something that annoys the hell out of you and create an Art Solutions painting to make yourself feel better. Here is "Flowers" - in reference to an old German poem which ends with the words, "Give more flowers while you're still alive, on the graves they bloom in vain."

In Sanctuary, I came across this group of people who didn't know they were dead and thought they were still in physical reality and in their own version of the Hard. This, of course, is a problem ...
