Silvia Hartmann reflects how keeping your first circuitry active in later years is essential for a healthy energy body and to avoid this all too common feeling of "being invisible".
Silvia writes:
I was speaking to this older lady and she remarked sadly that the worst thing about getting old was that she was becoming invisible.
"People take no notice. I'm just another old lady, they don't even see me anymore," she sighed.
I put forth the proposition that in some cases, the actual problems are not present at all and thus cannot be resolved and that the reason they are not present is because *the individual has structured their entire life in such a way that the problem need never be experienced*.
We have tried this special version of the EFT technique and have found it to be very helpful with long standing problems that have too many different aspects to even start, or problems you might have worked on for a long time and still you keep finding more and more aspects.
Following on from Zero, and from around the same time, I made a painting with Project Sanctuary in mind. This is well before Art Solutions and so therefore there wasn't a conscious set up involved here. Just an exploration of the topic at the time, see what would manifest.
Zero is to me a very important painting. It was a process that I did not design for myself, but it happened over quite a long period of time, from 2000 to 2001.
I had been painting various things - mostly vision based paintings - for some time and felt I could go on like that forever. When I feel like that, I know it is time to move on ...

Ananga Sivyer Director of the UK Association for Meridian Therapies interviewed a client who has been using EFT on a regular basis for several months about her experiences with this powerful new technique.

EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques Article for absolute beginners by Silvia Hartmann
The client, a 60-year-old male we shall call Tony, had a water phobia, but had learnt to live with it and it was not adversely affecting his life. Tony was able to visit the swimming baths and could swim - but preferred not to. He tended to swim with his head clear of the water, but could put his face under the water "if really necessary" and could even dive in. In effect he was using will power, or being brave, to overcome the effects of the phobia.
Silvia Hartmann discusses every day tapping. Article is reposted from Special Articles section.
Many meridian therapies, such as EFT and TAB, can be very successfully conducted over the telephone. This is a real boon for those who can't travel, are bedridden, or who are too far away from a good therapist.
Like any session, the first thing is for the telephone client to learn the EFT tapping points and how to tap/tab/manipulate them.
