Welcome to the May 2012 edition of The Energist newsletter. In this issue:
Energy mind, please take me to a soul who needs my help tonight.Â
I did a Soul Pilot mission last night for the first time. It was interesting and had a twist at the end that I didn't expect ...
AMT Trainer Patricia DancingElk writes: As a Trainer's Trainer, my goal is to first train energy specialists as workshop leaders and second to help them to be successful by making sure that they need to be competent and confident. When Dr Hartmann asked for my favorite EFT case story as part of my EFT Master Practitioner DLC I immediately thought of this one exercise because it is so near and dear to my heart. Read on for the full case story...
Primal art has a feature that sets it apart from "modern art" or "contemporary art" or even "classical art" - namely that it is from a place where art and magic were one and the same and had not yet been broken apart. Art was magic, magic was art and as all art served a magical purposes, so did all magical purposes serve art itself. The logical next step from 1st Art is the hand print on the cave wall, and then to go on and put other things on the cave wall as well. So it made sense to make a cave painting at this juncture.
It is a fact that any time I move into that arty frame of mind, I get given gifts from the Universe. The other day I got the most fabulous surprise daily diamonds (now my desktop background). Today, just now, I got a truly amazing light show and some very cool photos - just like that ... :-)
Four days and five nights ... and here's the Damien Hirst symbol painting ... If anyone ever tells you doing art is for lazy people, don't believe them ...
Nature is always beautiful but every so often, it has a special surprise - or perhaps I'm just in the right frame of mind at that time ... This is a collection of images taken this morning on the way to record "Crown of Lights" on May 4th 2012 featuring grass, weeds, and water droplets - daily diamonds, as the story goes ...
Art is a very personal journey. And every so often, there are these priceless experiences that one really can't put into words. I guess that's the difference between painting and sculpting and writing about after the fact ... At any rate, whilst working on the "Damien Hirst" symbol painting, I had a moment of revelation ...
Inspired by Will Taylor's new album, I found myself wanting to make a spirit doll (art doll) for the first time in a long time. I was surprised by this but also very happy because the process of making these little sculptures is nothing like anything else I've ever done. So meet the Sand Shaman and his story ...
I've heard tell that as a painter, the holy grail is to "get a reaction from the audience." Well I can proudly report that a person had a nervous breakdown over one of my paintings and was "overcome by the painting" to the degree that they spent about an hour hyperventilating, trembling and crying ...
After attending the 2012 Tenth Anniversary EMO Conference and becoming one of the new generation of EMO Practitioners, Dez Sellars decided to share his first professional Emotional Transformation session with a client. Presenting Issues:

Welcome to the April 2012 edition of The Energist. In this issue:
AMT Trainer Catherine Dixon writes: Sometimes we hear a message over and over again through different stage of our life yet it is only when something alarming happens that this message becomes insistent that we are forced to take action. Often what brings us to a treatment is not the issue itself but what lies behind it and drives the behaviour. One of the most powerful beliefs that can affect people in negative ways is the perception that in some way, they are not good enough. This can lead to crippling feelings of low self worth on one extreme to being over driven and having to prove your worth to the world on the other. This belief is often at the root of most addictions and obsessive behaviour.
Kelly Burch writes: A few months ago I learned about something called Autogenic Habitats. I had no idea what this was at first. In fact I had to Google to find the definition of the word "autogenic". It means: "self-generating" or "from within". So these habitats were literally places that I could create from within myself? Intriguing.
Yes, well, what do I say to this? It seems my art is different by design ... Check this out, see if you can "spot the real Silvia Hartmann" amongst this little lot.
The "Celebration" design for the 10th Anniversary EMO Conference. EMO is an amazing modality; indeed there would be no 1-art.eu website without it. For ten years, EMO has been flying under the radar, being used as a modern research tool which has already brought about massive changes - well, we might as well call them what they are, a real paradigm shift in the theory and practice of modern energy work. So the theme was, "It's time to let the genie out of the bottle!"
