The AMT: Silvia, what is this new Master Energist course? Is it like an advanced Trainer's Training?
Silvia Hartmann: No, not at all. It's not a Trainer's Training. It's the high-end energist's training, and I use the word training loosely here.
This is a course for people who really get energy and what you can do with it.
For most people, the Energy EFT Master Practitioner training is really all they ever need or want. It's an excellent training, beautifully designed, and it has all the patterns and techniques you need for every day work as an EFT self help user or as a professional EFT practitioner.
If you want to go further with more fluent, real time energy work, that's when you learn how to use EMO.
You don't stop to tap any more, you deal with energy occurrences in real time, and that immensely increases the flexibility of what you can do with it.
The EFT Master Practitioner and EMO trainings are more than sufficient for a modern energist to do wonderful things, for themselves, their loved ones, and their clients.
Then we have the Energist's Trainer's Training, and that's for people who want to work with larger groups and teach them the basics of modern energy work.
But then there is that 5% of people who think differently. Those who want to go beyond patterns and techniques and explore their own potential free of any expectation as to what you do with it afterwards, just for the love of energy. For the love of evolution in its own right.
The Master Energist Training is for those people. I am one of them.
So how does this course work? What exactly is being taught?
A big part of the Master Energist is Project Sanctuary, learning to stream information directly from your energy mind. That's where the creative, true creative direct response comes from.
That's where you are essentially creating your own fluent patterns and techniques, and that's what puts the "Master" in the Master Energist Training.
I am personally very excited about this. I have waited for 35 years to be ready to teach not just Project Sanctuary, but in context with everything else we now know about modern energy work.
This is something I feel personally called upon to do now, it's the beginning of a new era.
How long does this course take and is there a distance learning option?
This is a three-day (and at least two nights!) live and interactive group event, I prefer that to a training. At this level, the actual learning happens by interaction, by the energy that is being exchanged and what happens spontaneously with individuals in the group.
There is no distance learning option for this. I have realised more and more as time went on how important it is to be in the same room with another person.
It makes all the difference to the experience, all the difference to the energy and... well, you just can't do without it in certain circumstances. The Master Energist course is one of those circumstances!
AMT courses work in such a way that when you have taken the training, and you are a trainer, you can also teach this course. Is this the case for the Master Energist?
No, this course is the exception to the rule. There are numerous reasons for this.
Firstly, at present I am the only person who has sufficient Project Sanctuary experience to guide groups at this level.
Project Sanctuary all by itself is an extraordinary thing; but when you bring in EMO and EFT experience, you can speed up the learning curve and make it exponential.
With a whole three days in hand, we can explore many things, answer many questions, go to many places and have quite literally mind-blowing experiences.
As the creator of Project Sanctuary, I am reserving the right to teach this for the next five years.
That will give me the opportunity to develop this into a format which can then be taken up by others.
Will you continue to teach Positive EFT, Energy EFT and EMO?
No, that's a part of my personal evolution. I did not write the training courses for me to take them.
They are written for our wonderful trainers who are going out there and doing such an top job to bring the joy and the amazing progress of modern energy work to the world.
This has been a long journey for me and I am now satisfied that the major building blocks are in place. People are finally learning about energy and just what it can do for you.
We also have Positive EFT now for the mainstream audience, simple, beautiful, so effective at making people happier the world over.
I feel that now the time has come for me to follow my personal path, and do what I love best, and that is Project Sanctuary, thinking with the energy mind and really exploring what the human mind can do. That's the love of my life.
The Master Energist course is currently priced at £1,249. Some might say that's too expensive.
I really don't think so. Remember that this is not a course for everyone, indeed, it's only a few people who would really aspire to this level of complexity and involvement.
When I was a much younger aspect, I was earning £2 an hour and I managed to find £1,750 for an NLP training, and that was 25 years ago.
I sold my car, borrowed money and I made it happen because I knew that's what I wanted and what I needed at the time.
Personally I believe it is deeply disrespectful to presuppose that people who really want something can't make it happen.
And conversely, I do want people on this course who have that intensity, that PASSION for energy and for personal evolution that my aspects had 25 years ago, and that I still have today.
This is not a course for certificate hunters, it's not a course you have to take or else. This is a course for people who want this, know they want this, and those are the people I want to work with.
The course is called Master Energist, not Master Practitioner or Master Trainer. Why is that?
That is because as an energist, you don't have to be a therapist, or healer, or a practitioner of anything.
As an energist you can advise on all things energy if you want to do that.
You can advise on the energy of business, on creative energy, on practical applications such as energy in the home, energy in design and manufacturing, energy in marketing, and everything else besides.
But you can also simply use what you know to define your own life, do your own thing and follow your heart wherever it will lead you.
There is no box for energists. They are fluent, they are everywhere and that is who they are.
The Master Energist course is for people who simply want to walk the earth as an energist. For its own sake. For its own rewards.
Why do you think this course is important to the advancement of The GoE as a whole?
It is important because although The GoE began as an association of therapists and healers, there is so much more to being an energist in every imaginable way and then beyond.
We don't just need energy healers and therapists, we need energy THINKERS. We need people who can assess reality with that additional 12.5% information that makes every difference to every single thing human beings do.
For many people, that pathway from personal development straight into having to become a coach, counsellor, therapist or a healer is just not the right path.
The Master Energist course is a "voyager program." It is for individual people who may end up being politicians, policemen, musicians, artists, authors or composers, but first and most important of all, they are MASTER ENERGISTS.
Can anybody become a Master Energist?
No. You really, and I mean really, have to know the basics of how energy works and you have to be congruent as an energist first.
See the amazing thing with working with modern energy is that you can go so much further, so much faster.
In the past, you had to write training programs around all the various limitations, blockages, and internal problems of the students. Now, we don't have to any longer.
We can literally tap on it if there's confusion, uncertainty, or lack of confidence.
We have totally different students as a result, which means we can teach much more, more advanced materials and much more challenging materials in a much shorter time-span.
The Master Energist course is a challenging course. Without a doubt. It's intense, amazing, and undoubtedly will bring up all manner of reversals along the way.
To have people who recognise how energy works, who can help themselves and others over the various blockages along the way, is of a huge importance.
That's what makes all of The GoE's trainings so amazing, so successful and so information rich, we don't just talk about energy, WE USE ENERGY to learn more and learn faster.
This leads to what I call 'wisdom learning', not just book learning, you really know because you've experienced it. It's a totally different learning process.
So at this time, you have to have successfully completed either the EFT or the EMO Master Practitioner Training and hold one of the two Master Practitioner certifications to join the Master Energist course.
There is a long list of required reading for the Master Energist course, Positive EFT, Energy EFT, Oceans of Energy, Events Psychology, and Infinite Creativity, do you really have to have read all of those?
Absolutely! I would consider those to be foundational for any modern energist and/or GoE member.
But especially Infinite Creativity is a must. If you don't love that, then you're not going to love the Master Energist.
Reading that book is a good way to decide if this is something you would ever want to do.
Are you planning to run the course outside of the UK?
Not at present.
How do you feel the Master Energist will help shape the future of The AMT?
The GoE, our trainings, what we do and how we do it, is all based on creative patterns, research and working with energy in mind.
I work with my energy mind. That's where my patterns and techniques come from, from the SUE Scale to the Aspects Model, from Guiding Stars to EMO's shields, thought flow and all the other things that are unique to my work, and by extension, to The AMT.
The Master Energists will be the next generation who create the new models, the next models, to keep us evolving, beyond my personal demise.
I think this is of the essence, creativity, ongoing use, practical use of creativity to *create* modern methods and ways of making people happier is what The GoE is all about.
The world needs more powerful creative people. The world needs more energists, and it needs more Master Energists.
It's been lonely for a long time, but now it doesn't have to be that way any longer.
We're on the right track here and by adding the true genius of the energy mind into the mix, well, the future is expanding, unfolding, and filled with *infinite potential* to do things that have never been done before, in all the annals of human history. That is exciting to me.
