The Moment of Perfect Clarity Is A Star Event

When I was doing animal behaviour counselling, I got many, many phone calls from distraught animal owners whose beloved companions were old and ill, and they didn't know what to do.
Often, they were told different things by different people, veterinary surgeons suggesting to prolong the animal's life with yet another operation, and family and friends urging them to put the animal down. The person who loved their animal was stuck in the middle, bouncing from one to the other, getting ever more stressed and upset in the process.
Then, one day, I had a flash of insight, and from then, told them this.
"When you are in this situation, the fact that you cannot decide, that's perfectly normal.
"There will come a time, and I promise you that this time will come, when you will have a moment of perfect clarity, and you will know what to do, and you will act.
"Your own moment of perfect clarity has not yet arrived.
"For now, keep looking after your animal, do the best you can, because all of this will be all over soon enough.
"Relax, and wait for your moment of perfect clarity."
The person on the other end of the phone was much relieved by this, thanked me sincerely. About a week later, they called again. Their moment of perfect clarity had arrived, and now they knew exactly what I had meant by it. They told me that they were so glad I had told them of this, it had made the last few days so much better, and had helped to create a space where good memories were made, memories that helped them now knowing they had done the best they could.
My aspects went on to tell the story of the moment of perfect clarity to many, many more animal owners in that situation, and it always produced so much stress relief.
Later on, when speaking with people, the moment of perfect clarity was helpful in other circumstances. For example, when people were stressed about quitting their job, but couldn't make that decision, living in constant stress, constantly going back and forth between, "I should ... but I shouldn't ..."
This situation too immediately responded to the basic idea - "Trust in the fact that you will have your own moment of perfect clarity. It will come. For now, just do your job the best you can."
All manner of other life decisions also responded to the moment of perfect clarity, for example people who felt trapped in studying the wrong subjects at University, indecision about moving house, what to do next in life and so much more.
Then there were those who worried incessantly about their relationships, their marriages. Again, I knew from personal experience that nothing really changes, apart from the fact that you wear yourself out with the sheer stress of not being able to make a decision (yet). Trusting in the fact that there will be a moment of perfect clarity, when there is no doubt remaining, all the stress goes away and the path into the future, the next step is right there, is simply right and true, and that is why it is so enormously stress relieving.
This is a pattern that works, and now, in 2022, I would say that each moment of perfect clarity is a Star Event.
Every person I have ever met has experienced their own moments of perfect clarity, and once you explain that concept, they nod. It's a moment when your life changes. All the stress and fear goes away, leaving you perfectly clear on what will happen next.
I would invite you to remember your own moments of perfect clarity.
As you remember, I would invite you to consider areas in your life right now where you feel stuck, spinning your wheels, not making decisions, being stressed all the time.
Whatever they are, please be advised that there are new moments of perfect clarity. They will come for you. They will happen. And until they do, don't stress. Try to get on with your life as it is right now and do your best under the circumstances. Make an attempt to find whatever positives there are and by all means, put out the intention that you want to experience your moment of perfect clarity with this situation sooner rather than later.
The moments of perfect clarity are precious, and they await you in the future.
This I have learned.
Wishing you all the best on your life's journey,
