How do I Qualify?
- You are aged 35 to 45 years
- You have been trying to conceive for two years or more
- You have an interest in holistic & complementary therapies
- You have no mental health illness
- You are proficient in speaking and understanding English
- You are not currently undergoing any ART (assisted reproductive technology)
Timeline: The research study will take place from the 24th of April to the 19th of June, 2023
You are invited to partake in a non-invasive online research study which looks at the effects of using Emotional Freedom Tapping Techniques (EFT), or specifically Modern Energy Tapping (MET) - with women who are having trouble conceiving.
I am recruiting women who are suffering from unexplained infertility to join my study. My purpose is to see if MET is effective with this problem. EFT has been used in cases of unexplained infertility and is reported to have positive effects such as: Changing unhelpful beliefs, Increasing chances of conceiving, and Strengthening resilience.
My name is Aisling Killoran, M.A.; I'm a licensed GoE trainer and the principal investigator conducting this non-pharmaceutical research. For over 25 years, I have been working in women's health and well-being, specializing in helping women conceive.
