*About the Author* Jon Whale, PhD, is an independent research scientist working exclusively on medical applications. He is also a psychologist, graphologist, electronic design and development engineer, and an organic chemist. Currently he is engaged in designing and manufacturing electronic Energy Medicine instruments for doctors and other medical professionals.
