As a modern energist, the power of love isn't just a phrase to me.

It is a structural reality, highly logical, and proven to be true, time and time afresh.

The heart centre is the nuclear reactor at the very core of our energy system. It powers everything else, and when the heart is broken, nothing in life can work.

Life becomes unbearably hard and we suffer from terrible stress manifestations in mind, body and spirit.

Now we have been working with positive energy forms since 2003, and you could sum that up by saying “love heals everything.”

Everything in the energy body, that would be, but oh! My! That would be a start...

I saw a group of ladies not long ago who were wondering how to have more success in business. I've been with such groups many times before, but this time, it really stood out to me that business was a side effect, and that what they all really needed was to be more loved.

Some had their hearts broken by previous relationships and were always angry below the surface; some were cold and stuck. Some were battling with having no support, no-one to have their back, to encourage them and cheer them on.

All of them were full of all sorts of old entrainments about how you're not worthy of love; some were fat, some were old, some thought themselves ugly, and some all of that and then some.

• All these ladies needed love to stand up in front of their users and shine; they needed love so they could get up in the mornings and jump to work, write brilliant advertisements, and absolutely have love to give to their products, services and their users.

Theoretically, the answer is stunningly simple. Put more energy through your system, get your energy system to run HIGHER and FASTER, more alive and then what happens?

You become instantly stronger, more confident, more capable and most importantly, you become far more ATTRACTIVE to other people!

All the negative self judgements simply disappear as our energy levels rise and we literally grow into our true selves, rise into our true selves, from the energy body out.

That's the power of love.

This beauty that shines from within, this X Factor, totally transcends beauty, youth, intelligence, money - everything. It's the true form of attractiveness, and everyone, completely unconditionally, gets to own this when they start to empower their energy system.

We have all lived lives with way too little love for far too long. The problems we have with our relationships, with our health, with our finances, with any aspect of life whatsoever are all side effects of that one single common core problem - a lack of love.

For the first time in the history of humanity, we have a method to finally fix this. To fix this reliably, quickly, anywhere at all and just for the asking. Positive EFT is the simplest method to not just get more energy into your life, but to expand your thinking, your mind, your understanding of the power inherent in such positives as love, romance, sex, joy, grace and bliss.

This is the reason that I am saying now, “This year, forget everything else. Forget your old troubles, your old woes, your pet problems and everything you think has held you back in the past.

“This year, do just one thing.

“MAKE LOVE YOUR GOAL!”

I am absolutely convinced that I am right about this, but it would be wonderful to find out what happens to YOUR life if you gave that a go.

Let your heart of gold shine as brightly as the sun, ask, no, demand to experience more love in your life in every way, and every day.

To have the true miracle of love revealed to you, and then expanded into the infinity of love that is the very core of our Universe and all it holds.
