EFT Case Story - Heather Drops Five Dress Sizes In Nine Months

The Daily Mail has reported that Heather Jones, 38, has used EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques to shrink from size 18 to size eight in just nine months.

After Heather's former partner died at age 32, she fell into a depression, didn't get out of bed for about a year and started to gain weight.

At Heather's lowest point, she thought about ending it but said: "I didn't want that to be my story, so I tried to think differently about my grief."

That's when Heather discovered EFT, which is the simple tapping technique that anyone can learn.

The Guild of Energists (GoE) was founded in 1998 to be the first EFT training provider and is now active in 68 countries promoting the technique.

In the Daily Mail article, it reports that "Experts have called on the NHS to start using the self-help technique" which would make EFT more accessible to patients.

"I'd been stuffing my face for years. I looked rough and knew I needed to sort out my sugar addiction," Heather said.

"I didn't want to deprive myself, but I knew I had to stop eating chocolates, biscuits and all the other junk I was gorging on - it was disgusting. I was 37, but I was eating like a student."

By using EFT, Heather was able to beat her sugar cravings and reported that it really helped her to "calm her brain".

She reported "After a few minutes of doing this, I no longer had the cravings."

Heather has said losing weight has made a huge positive impact on her life. She has since quit her former job and now started her company "The Brain Trainer" to help others.
