Aisling Killoran of the Accomplish Change Clinic, Dublin, has written a couple of  great case stories using Energy EFT to help clients bounce back.

Aisling writes: I have been working with EFT heart and Soul now since its conception and i have to say, if you trust the process, de-stress and follow the client, the change that happens is magical. Apart from explaining the process of the journey, I have never had to make a suggestion to the client on wording, as the words just flow up and out from the client and in the background the memories just pop up, with out having to go route for them!

It it such a joy and a gift to journey with them to healing and beyond.

Guillermo Pena Acuna, an GoE Trainer from Alicante, Spain, has written a lovely case story about his experiences with Positive EFT walking in the wilds, connecting with nature.

Guillermo writes: Yesterday at the end of the afternoon I was walking in the countryside, I started doing a few rounds of Energy EFT to dissolve the stress accumulated throughout the day...

AMT Trainer Lorna Firth has written as case story detailing her use of Positive EFT to overcome personal health issues.

Lorna writes: After being diagnosed with various gynaecological problems, the decision was made that a full hysterectomy was advisable as soon as possible - it was impossible to know whether the lesions were benign or malignant.

The emotions I experienced, on first receiving the news, were fear, worry and shock. Having just completed the Positive EFT course, my first instinct was to use the positive EFT skill. My first question was "What + energy form do I need right now to feel better?"

John Staples, EFT Master Practitioner and Silvia Hartmann's co-Trainer in Baltimore this September, has written a case story on the effectiveness of Positive EFT even in the most unlikely cases.

John writes: I have been working with a client who was severely abused by his father until he ran away from home at age 15. We have been through many of the genesis events in his emotional life, but there are many more remaining. He has made incredible progress, and has enjoyed several shifts which he deserved and earned by choosing to address his issues. However, we often use the positive to skirt those many hard events that were just too painful. It was a no brainer, as Silvia emphasizes the positive in her EFT protocol, and the "healing event" in the process. The point is we started to ignore the negative...

Mark Robertson, an EFT Master Practitioner, Drum Tapping Circle healer and presenter at the 2013 EFT & Energy Conference, has put together a case study with a lady that has suffered from feelings of exclusion for her whole life, and is worried about not being able to feel a strong connection with her new-born granddaughter

Mark writes: Sandra a British expatriate living in France, was signed up to participate in one of my online Drum Circle Tapping sessions on the 17th of April.

She had a hard time getting online with the rest of the group in the Drum Tapping Circle but finally succeeded after 30 minutes of concentrated technical frustration. She arrived in an advanced state of stress, and explained that the keyword that described the emotions she felt was “exclusion”. This word was important for her because she was born prematurely on the 2nd of May and was kept under observation in the intensive care unit in an incubator, separated from her mother for the first month of her life.

Since the very beginning of her life she has experienced these familiar feelings of separation and exclusion in many different situations.

Aisling writes: Client presented with Pains all over the body especially from the heart. Had been to the doctor and was too embarrassed to tell him that the pain was as a result of being in love, so she told him she was suffering from Panic and anxiety attacks along with severe migraines!

Helen McCrarren, an GoE Trainer and newly certified EFT Master Practitioner, has written a case story showing that EFT can be used anywhere, at any time, and for almost any problem. In this instance it was used on the spur of the moment to help resolve trauma from an event that happened some time ago.

Helen writes: As I walked along the hospital corridor, I noticed Elaine, a friend of a friend, sitting with her head in her hands. I said" hi Elaine, are you ok?" She looked up at me with unseeing eyes and then she focused and she said "hi Helen". I repeated my question and she said "I am feeling a bit stressed". Elaine told me she had an appointment, that afternoon with a solicitor, to discuss a car accident she had been involved in two years ago. Elaine and her husband had been injured. I asked her would she like to try an exercise, that I often use, when I am very upset. She said she would try anything. I held my hand in the heart position and explained to her to do the same. I took three long deep breaths and Elaine followed suit...

EFT Master Practitioner distance learning student Jacqueline Besseling from the Netherlands has written up a case story which details her experience in using EFT with a Group Entity, in this instance a group of students living together. The results were quite impressive!

Jacqueline writes: I'd like to tell you about assignment 10/4 the Global Entity group exercise, from the EFT master distance-learning course. For this assignment I went to my neighbours who live in a student flat. Most of them are technical students.

Fiona Wray, an EFT Master Practitioner distance learning student, has written a case story that shows the great effects Energy EFT can have, even when working with a -10 skeptic!

Fiona writes: Anne came to my homeopathic open morning session to ask if I could help her deal with an inherited heart condition, except she didn't want to use homeopathy! She had had previous bad experiences with both homeopathy and trying nutritional supplements so I suggested that EFT would be an option. She was very upbeat that day (in fact a little bit too upbeat) and said that she wasn't stressed in any way although she knew she had been in the past. We made an appointment for the next day.

On 9^th June 2013, Silvia Hartmann conducted the first AMT Positive EFT Practitioner Training and the feedback you’ve been sending us has been fantastic. We can tell how excited everyone is about working with the positive end of the SUE Scale!

EFT Master Practitioner Suheyla Pinar Alper writes: Cem, 39, mathematician, came to see me, hoping to resolve his chronic fatigue and lack of energy, he also complained of a longtime stuffed nose, loss of sense of smell and chronic sinusitis.

As he told me his story, he mentioned, casually, the loss of his mother 13 years ago. His mom, he said, was his one and only hero in life.

Normally, after listening to their story I let my clients decide which issue we will tap on first. However, after our initial tapping to de-stress, just as I was going to ask her what he would like to tap on first, I heard myself saying : Let us first tap about your mother...

Current EFT Master Practitioner distance learning course student Carole Gordon writes: The client was a woman, aged around forty. She had two young children, a working husband, and she worked part-time herself and was undertaking a training course at a university. Her pain came to light when she kept missing appointments, or mistaking times. One day she explained that she lived constantly with chronic back pain. She had completed the medical investigations some years ago, and tests and scans had failed to positively identify the cause of the pain. She became a constant user of morphine patches, which she expected to be using for the rest of her life. She monitored the level of morphine herself, and at high levels, she was aware that she became a little 'spaced out', and it was at these times that she might become forgetful of other commitments in her life. This distressed her since she regarded herself as a reliable sort of person.

Using EFT with this client was a challenge, since her negative beliefs about anything working were quite strong. On the other hand, she was willing to 'give it a try'.

The GoE has been promoting EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques since 1998, and in that time we've seen hundreds of thousands of people across the world improve their lives dramatically thanks to the simple technique.

In 2013, popularity for this gentle and effective healing modality seems to be rising to previously unprecedented levels, first with self-help guru Louise Hay declaring her love for the technique, and now even the Daily Mail in the UK have expressed amazement at how well it works!
