people to experience a holiday which combines the best of travelling with
lectures and workshops on a wide variety of Body, Mind & Spirit topics.
This
will be the fourth annual Body, Mind & Spirit Cruise organised by Sealand
Cruising and I had the pleasure and privilege to be part of the team on the 3rd
cruise last year. I shall be lecturing again on Meridian Therapies.
In
March I shall be going to the USA with 14 other therapists to attend four days of
advanced training with Gary Craig, the founder of EFT - Emotional Freedom
Technique - one of the Meridian Therapies. I intend
to incorporate some of these new learnings into my lectures as well as
teaching the basics for those new to Meridian Therapies.
There
is no pressure to attend any of the lectures, it is an individual choice. A
wide variety of subjects are covered [see details at the end] and there is
something for everyone. Some people attend all of them, some attend one or
two, some people come on their own, some bring partners along who aren’t
interested but enjoyed the other facilities on board and everyone comes
together in the evening to dine, chat, watch some of the wonderful shows on
offer and generally have a good time. It is a bit like being part of a family
within a big ship.
