When you look into the mirror, what do you see?

You know what they will tell you. Many will even start to cry and beg to be allowed to leave the room with the big mirror because they can't stand the ugliness they perceive when they look in that direction.
Now let us take the final step and bring forth one hundred of the most highly acclaimed most beautiful people in the world, and stand them before that same mirror again, and now we ask these:
ARE YOU BEAUTIFUL?
And the answers will always be the same - my nose is too big, my lips are too small, my eyes are the wrong colour, my hair is awful, my breasts are too big/small/droopy/in the wrong position, I'm too fat, too skinny, too tall, too short, and it goes on and on and on ...
What on EARTH has happened to us all?
What is going on here?
And the question we must ask is, with EVERYONE to a man, woman, teenager, old lady and child alike thinks they are so HIDEOUSLY UGLY - and they don't just THINK this, they FEEL THIS, a deep pain that resides in the very center of their being and it never goes away - then HOW ON EARTH are they ever going to expect to find true love? How can they love THEMSELVES which all and every school of psychology and religion holds to be the absolutely FUNDAMENTAL core of being able to do anything in this world at all?
How can they find respect, success, validation, JOY in life?
The very foundation upon which all of this is built is not just missing, it is inverted - perverted, you might even say.
How did this happen?
That's a long story and really and truly, for EMO and in the context of starting to heal these incredibly deep and incredibly old injuries to the self concept - what the conscious mind THINKS the body and the person actually looks like, sounds like, moves like and what impression this makes on others! - it isn't necessary to know just how this happened, how literally billions of people end up thinking they are all ugly, on mass.
Look into the mirror.
Be brave, and really LOOK.
Where do you feel that disappointment, that sadness, that anger?
Where do you feel that in your body?
Show me with your hands where it hurts you the most.
THAT is where the prime injuries in your energy body reside; this is where energy flow has become disturbed, and with it, it disturbs our thinking and makes us feel the pain we do. It is not what we see in the mirror that is so painful - we are just triggering old, old disturbances that were simply never healed.
No talking in the world can convince a person who carries these injuries that they are in fact beautiful. A thousand lovers can stand in line and each one say with conviction this person is the most beautiful person they've ever seen, and it won't be believed. It doesn't go in. The channels through which this energy should run are disturbed and no longer functioning as they should.
But when we work with the energy system DIRECTLY, we can make a change there, we can make a difference.
And the most profound, the most basic and also the most far reaching difference anyone can make in their lives, they way they act, think and feel and how they appear to others is to heal the body image.
True beauty, a person that is glowing with life, has no age. This is not just a thing to say but it is true - beauty starts from the energy system out. It isn't a question of "what the body looks like" but a question of what the ENERGY BODY looks like. When it shines and radiates like a star, then a person has STAR QUALITY. This is extremely attractive to others who are drawn to this light; it is what makes others fall in love with you.
At the same time, it makes you feel like A MILLION DOLLARS. The functioning energy system is what gives us "energy" - what gives us life and love of life.
