Happy 8th Birthday to Big Ted!!
Big Ted is the star of Alex Kent's colourful booklet "BIG Ted's Guide to Tapping" and has been helping children tap more positivity into their lives since 2013.
BIG Ted uses Modern Energy Tapping techniques to help children with their emotions, by teaching them how to use their magic finger wands to tap for more energy to help them solve their problems, become stronger and focus on who they want to be.
For many of us, our lives would have been different if we had discovered energy tapping sooner, so it's delightful that the bear is out there helping a whole new generation.
