This is an interesting Project Sanctuary story on many different levels, created by PS Master Margreet Vink from Holland. Margreet was given a "The Gift" - a lemon tree in a pot by StarFields aka Silvia Hartmann - at one time. But rather than just saying "Thank you, that's neat!" as we usually do with The Gifts, Margreet took the The Gift of the lemon tree into her sanctuary and planted it there.

EMO Creator Silvia Hartmann writes: After consultation with the executive trainers from the GOE, it was decided that it is a good idea to update the GoE (MET Prac) trainings materials in line with Events Psychology.

This is going to make teaching MET which is essentially EFT and then branches out into other forms of Energy Psychology methods, a whole lot more cohesive and a lot easier to learn and teach, as well.

So I was asked by someone if we were planning to re-write the EMO trainings as well.

I thought about it and then laughed and said, "You don't need to!"

Our emotions arise as our response to life, as we process the energies of life within our human spirit. The human spirit is an energy system. We cant see this energy system but we can feel it ...as the feelings in our body accompanying our emotions indicating to us how we are handling the energies of life."

I have been working as a holistic therapist for over eight years now and am qualified in eight different therapies including EMO.

I tend to attract patients with chronic problems, physical and emotional, and, especially with illnesses such as fibromyalgia, IBS and ME, the mind/body link is often very strong. Because of their complexity these problems usually require a lot more work.

Just before the conference I had a telephone EMO session with a chap in Wales who had severe anxiety about food because he would break out in Hives all over his body when he ate certain types of food. He had had many allergy checks but felt his problem was now more emotional rather than physical.

Think of a problem or a situation for which you might need a new point of view to come up with a "thinking outside the box" solution.
