It is generally held that The Yellow Duck 2006 is the very first ever modern energy art symbol hybrid painting, but it could be argued that the 11 Mysterious Flying Eggs 2004 precede the duck as these are clearly eggs, eggsistances that are recognisable as an object, with symbol inside. They are certainly the precursor, even if the duck takes the official credit!
