Archaeology in Sanctuary

There are innumerable fascinating games one can play in Sanctuary. This archaeology game came to me in response to watching Time Team on TV, where people spend three days digging at a time and never find anything of any note. I got to musing what one might find in the way of interesting archaeological artefacts if one was to dig in Sanctuary and the following pattern and story is the outcome of that.

EMO School Stress Project In Times Educational Supplement

Any truly holistic and alternative modality causes those who are deeply entrenched in the 1950s style world view of "If we can't measure it, then it doesn't exist!" a great deal of pain - one might wonder, where do they feel this in their bodies? Rational people on the other side take their own scientific approach - they test something in their own experience, and if it works, they use it. Helping students become more relaxed, more pro-active and less angry, terrified and suffering less from school stress is a good thing - especially if there's not a hint of pharmacology involved ...
Here is an article from the Times Educational Supplement in the United Kingdom, giving an overview of how EMO helps students overcome school stress.

How is Events Psychology different from Energy Psychology? What advantages does Events Psychology confer to a practitioner of Energy Psychology? Are the principles of Events Psychology proven, tried and tested? What impact is Events Psychology going to have on Energy Psychology?
These and other questions are answered by Silvia Hartmann, the Creator of EMO, Project Sanctuary & The Genius Symbols, on the eve of the launch of "Events Psychology".

EMO, EFT and other therapies are well known for their abilities of helping people deal with negative emotions, but many people are sceptical of their ability to help relieve physical pain. New research carried out in Canada has shown a direct link between emotional well being and psychical pain.

Color Energy - The EMO Color Energy Exercise

In this easy color therapy with EMO exercise, you can have a go at letting the energy of a color go in, through and out your systems to get an Even Flow with the colors, and experience an energized end state with each one.
The energy of colors is a great introduction to the principles of energy nutrition, and also a very good way to practice basic EMO energy techniques, such as feeling energy forms in your body, paying attention to the channels these different energy forms travel on their way in, through, and out of your body; the corresponding emotions of energy forms; detecting and working with energy shields; self healing energy disturbances and much more besides.

There was a complete family organisation around the mother's coulrophobia which also included that all TV had to be pre-recorded, checked for clowns or clown-like occurrences in cartoon or live format and then the family could view it.
This is a classic case example of how coulrophobia - a fear of clowns - was successfully treated with EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques.

In the energy magic applications of using the Genius Symbols, more often than not a symbol sphere is required or desired.
For practitioners of energy magic, it is a delightful meditation to create a symbol board or symbol mandala which makes setting up a symbol sphere easier and faster, and obviously increases in power with usage, as such things tend to do.
